A young man with dirty-blond hair walked into a calm diner, about 2 hours after lunch time for others. His blue eyes wondered and searched the place as he waited to be seat. The immortal didn't notice any waiters, but only a dish cleaner.
He caught the boy's attention with a small wave. "Is the diner open?" he asked politely. The 20 year old boy stopped and nodded, "The diner is open, let me get you one of the waitresses." the mortal said politely before taking his bucket of dirty dishes into the kitchen.
"Miranda, we have a costumer! Can you seat him at one of your tables?" Darrius heard a voice slightly shout out loud. After a minute, a woman's voice answered before the waitress came rushing out. Her blond curls made Darrius pause as he shoved his hands in his jean pockets. Both blue eyes met each others as the woman smiled shyly. Darrius smiled back, "Can I please be seated?" he asked politely as he nodded politely.

Miranda was busy talking with another waitress that she became friends with so recently. The blond-haired, young woman kept talking with the other before she heard the bust boy come in. She frowned as Max, the bust boy, told her that a customer is in the diner.
Nodding her head, Mire smiled as she snatched up a menu from a nearby basket. She came walking up to the man, to only pause, as she saw his handsome face and eyes. The mortal woman is practically in shock or awe as her grayish-blue eyes met the phoenix's blue eyes. With a shake of her head, she nodded as the handsome stranger asked to be seated.
Motioning the man to follow her, she lead him to a table in the corner that allowed people to watch the cars and people speed by the window. "I... I am Miranda. I will also be your waitress for this afternoon." she smiled before catching her breath. "I will let you... have a few moments to decide on your drink and food." she said as her cheeks blushed slightly, before she shyly walked into the kitchen. The other waitress and her started to do a small gossip together, as Mire waits for the time to head to the table to gather Darrius's orders.

He had just nabbed himself a few contracts, a group of women wanting their own little 'convent' of witches as they called it because they idealized that movie 'The Craft' a movie which yes, Belial had put a hand in to move the idea along just for this very purpose. Teenage girls were just so impressionable, he loved it. Either way, that was four contracts in one go right in his pocket, he was collecting them, the plan was to gather up his own little army of witches, keep them in hand for a while until the time was right.
But he entered the diner now not in search of more wayward souls to pull under his black wings, but instead to reward the hard work and planning he was doing with a banana split. He deserved it, and the demon walked in with a certain charming grace, a devilish smirk being sent in the direction of a few waitresses as he sat down and waited for someone to wait on him. Nasty little creatures, they had better start getting used to the idea now because sooner as opposed to later Bel would be the one running that show, and when it came down to it, they would all be his slaves, just as they should be. Until then he hopped that the little blond with the curls would stop eye humping the other dopey blond in the corner. It didn't seem to be happening so he cleared his throat, "Excuse me, service please," The question was in a smooth, accented timber, but there was the hint of annoyed bite to the sentence.

Darrius smiled as the woman told him her name, a lovely one at that, and that she will be back to get his orders. He lifted up the menu and started to search it for the food he will get for a late lunch. His blue eyes blinked thoughtfully as he eyed upwards here and there to catch glimpses of Miranda. He surely loved the look of the mortal
His posture locked up as he sensed a new presence. The phoenix looked at Belial's entrance and sighed heavily. Of course a demon has walked into the diner to ruin the atmosphere of the area. The immortal creature blinked as he listened to the greater demon, as he kept an eye out for the woman.
Darrius bit his lip as he refolded his menu to watch for his table's waitress to arrive to fetch his order.

Miranda as her friend commented on her customer. She looked at Darrius here and there with interest, friendliness and politeness. The mortal woman then heard the door open and motioned to her friend that Belial will be her customer as Mire went to fetch Darrius's order. After coming back with an order of coke and an order of fish and chips. Mire's friend came over and tugged Mire to the side.
"I am not serving that man." Jenny pointed at Belial. "Why? Are you scared? Its just a customer, you know." Mire said with a slight tease and politeness in her tone. "No. That man...just doesn't feel right." Jenny shivered. "Alright, you take a break for a bit. I will get his order." Miranda smiled and patted Jenny's shoulder, before heading over to Belial's table.
"Good afternoon, sir. My name is Miranda and I will be your waitress for the meal. What should I get you?" Mire asked the greater demon politely. She then got her pen ready to write down Belial's order.

So, she's walked into a diner with a pretty fucked up audience tonight. Yin observed this as she entered and immediately caught sight of a pheonix eyeing a blondie waitress like she's a dinner steak and she's just a-looking right back at him. Gross. Sex eyes weren't for diners. She was tempted to tell them to politely find themselves a room. Waitresses were such...sluts. She had come to learn this from, well, experience. The best thing for the men was they weren't whores...whores made people pay. Sluts were just the easy ones. Yin thought about it. Yeah, she liked sex, but she didn't screw everything that threw her an opportunity. She was on the right track.
Now, Yin wasn't usually one to assume. She just wasn't in the best of moods. The fact she spotted him here just made her mood worse. Yin paused and thought about running right back out once she caught sight of Belial. Dammit. She didn't want to deal with white-eyed demons right now, especially ones she had a past fling with and fucked until the sun came up. Or did it go down? She couldn't remember so well. It'd been a while.
Throwing caution to the wind, Yin sighed and joined Belial at his table right as the blonde waitress had come over to take his order. "I want some red wine, myself, if you will." She threw a smirk toward Belial. She'd ordered and wasn't going anywhere now. "It's been a while, Bel. How're things with you? Still playing the part of Brain without a Pinkey?" Her dark eyes searched the area. Nope. He still worked alone. Yin hadn't expected it any other way. The crossroads demon shrugged, "maybe you'll find one someday."
Just to screw them over, of course.

"Well Miranda," He said in a low drawl, a bored tone as he lazily flicked his eyes over the blond decidedly uninterested in the the woman. Hell Belial didn't care for anyone in the little crap diner, not even the phoenix in the corner, the creatures were hard to kill, but they weren't immortal and Bel had more then enough tricks up his sleeve if the idiot wanted to try and go a round with him, "I want the best damn banana split that this place has ever made, think that's possible?" There was a certain detached arrogant hint to his words, like he didn't think very much of her.
Which he really really didn't. Humans were beneath him, human servants even more so. And he was just about to shoo her off when the cat dragged a little surprise in, "Well well well how....unpleasant," Actually he didn't really care, he just loved to mess with Yin, "Honestly red wine from a diner? That's positively lacking in any class," How nasty, "Oh? And here I thought you had come to audition for the part, you aren't exactly the smartest on the block. Just perfect for the part," He smirked, "The wine as well if you've got it then," Bel added, attention back to the waitress before finally waving her off. Belial watched her go, pretty but not his type, there was a waiter walking past and Belial casually and very very discreetly tripped the young boy, causing the kid to fall, plates and food flying everywhere and the demon was sure that a bowl of soup had on the phoenix, good, he couldn't stand the creatures but he couldn't outright kill him since hw as under the radar right now. Bel wasn't going to make real waves until his plans started coming together, "Watch it kid," Bel snarled, making it seem like it was the kids fault.

Darrius was eying the demons and Miranda with interest. With the demons, he was cautious about them. He doesn't want the demons to mess with any of the mortals. His blue eyes narrowed a bit as he watched Mire who went to them to get their orders before finally leaving with what they wanted.
He then caught the waiter with a platter of food in his arms. The phoenix then saw the incident and grunted as he got a face of soup. Blue eyes narrowed as he eyed the demon as the immortal started to mutter in hatred. The waiter and Miranda scrambled over to help the sputtering, muttering and glaring immortal creature. Darrius then smiled as Mire came over and handed him a bunch of napkins and a towel. "Thanks, Miranda." he said politely as their eyes met. (I so...love you.) his eyes said to her before he started to wipe off. He nodded as he heard the waiter's apology before smiling at Miranda again.

Mire nodded as he wrote the orders down. "Okay, your red wine will be here shortly, madam. Yes, we do have the best banana slits in town, sir. Your banana split and red wine will be up shortly, sir." she smiled before transmitting it to kitchen. Her grayish-blue eyes blinked as she tapped on the computer screen to set down the order before giving her paper to the kitchen boys.
She sighed as she eyed Jenny, "See... serving that man and woman doesn't hurt at all." she winked at her friend who did a pout. Miranda sighed as she took up the soda to bring to Darrius. She rushed back to fetch the banana split and two red wines. She walked over and set down the two wines in front of the two demons. She then set down the banana split in front of Belial before she saw the incident.
Pausing to catch her breath, she saw one of the diner's waiters walk by with a full platter of food. She then saw him trip and gasped as she dropped her platter as she saw the food flying. Then, the soup splattered all over the young man who she fell in love with his eyes. She muttered under breath before dashing away to get a handful of napkins and a few towels.
Dashing back over to the phoenix, she started to stutter. "I am so sorry, sir." she said as she started to help wipe down the table and young man. Her eyes met his, which ultimately made her pause between wipes, as she saw his love in his eyes that he has for her. The mortal's cheeks started to blush bright pink as she hurried onward on her task of cleaning up the splashed soup. She heard his voice and smiled, "Your welcome, sir." she said in a soft, patient and polite voice. She then whispered, "I love you also." she said before walking away to help the waiter who is starting to clean the other mess he has on the floor of the diner.
After about 25 minutes, it was all cleaned up and all the broken dishes were put in the garbage. She then fetched Darrius's food which is fish and chips. The blond haired man was delighted in seeing the hot, freshly cooked food and Miranda who nodded politely. The young mortal then went to the kitchen to watch Darrius in wonder and love in her gaze as she waited.

"Oh please, I'd never be the dog at the end of your leash." Yin rolled her eyes playfully and threw a smirk in Belial's direction. She didn't care for his jabs. They were words. It was the sticks and stones that'd break her bones. Fortunately, Belial wasn't in the mood for sticks and stones. She couldn't say she wasn't thrilled. "You haven't changed at all, Bel. You're worse than Hell itself, yet you're still eating ice cream. It's classic." She leaned back in her seat and closed her eyes. It had been a long few months, and she wanted to relax. She wanted...to have a little fun, even. Her dark eyes opened and she regarded Belial curiously. "Still into the kinky stuff, or have you grown too old for it?"
The demon nearly burst into laughter when he made the waiter trip and the soup went flying onto the nearby pheonix. Yin's lips spread into a wide grin. Oh, how devilish! That was the way of demons such as Belial. Yin, eh, she'd "retired" from that sort of life. She just liked living her way, and that included parties, drinks, and then sleeping. It was "the good life" so to speak. No one could refuse it to a demon.
"That was a nice shot. That guy and his little waitress need to get a room," Yin sighed and toyed with a fork. "I don't know...maybe we should, too. After wine and ice cream, though."
Yin snickered and set the fork down. He could take her seriously if he wanted, but she was teasing. Yin wasn't expecting any favors from Belial, even though the favor would benefit him as well.
"The only problem with what you did is now my wine is being held back."

"I beg to differ, don't you remember that time in Cancun? I sure do," Bel indulged in a smug little smirk at the memory, it had after all involved unheard of amounts of alcohol along with a spiked collar and a length of rope that had been knotted in all the right spots, "Or am I confusing you for another pretty little demoness with a talented mouth?" Rather lewd, rather crude, and still somehow a charm to him even with that certain 'better-then-everyone' smugness to him. But hell he had at least tossed her a compliment with that statement, which was ,ore then he did for most other people.
"What can I say? I see no reason to fuck up perfection," And he definitely thought of himself as perfection, "But yes, I am still into that kinky stuff as you put it," In fact it was a favorite passed time when he wasn't plotting and scheming against anyone and everyone. Bel did look rather pleased with himself for getting food all over the phoenix, he really disliked the damn creatures, always so haughty about the fact that they couldn't actually die.
"After watching those two eye love each other I think I might have to," No really, he could not take the amount of lovey dovey that was radiating off the two, "I'm not above heading to the bathroom and doing more unspeakable things to you," Another smirk, he really wasn't playing either, the more he sat on the idea the more he liked it. The blonds were leaving a bad taste in his mouth, rolling his eyes at Yin and her pining over cheap wine Belial cleared his throat, "Excuse me, Miarnda," The name came out like a distasteful hiss, "But if your done eye-fucking the vacant eyed and love struck blond in the corner, my companion would like her wine now, as would I for that matter as it would get her to shut up for a moment," His nerves were beginning to wear with the waitress.

Darrius smiled as he saw the food and started to eat it. The savory taste made him sigh in happiness as his rumbling stomach was starting to be satisfied. His blue eyes blinked as he looked at the two demons and to the damsel that stood in the window of the kitchen. Every time to looked to her...she smiled invitingly to him. Darrius smiled back every time as well.
The immortal then turned when he heard a complaint from the table that the demons are seated at. His blue eyes narrowed as he saw the huge feast that the demons have in front of them. The immortal muttered under his breath as Miranda came walking to the table. He heard her calm voice and it seemed to get angry at every word. (Uh, oh.) he thought as he watched Mire spit at the demons. (Well, they definitely deserved it.) the phoenix thought before standing and walking over.
He eased his hands over the waitress's shoulder and lightly squeezed them to get her attention. The woman turned around, about to say a nasty comment, and Darrius stared into her gray-blue eyes. "I think you said enough." he smiled politely before eying the demons with a threat and warning. His eyes said, "If you hurt her, you get to fight me." the phoenix then turned to the waitress.
"Let's head outside." he said softly which made the waitress smile and nod back to him.

Miranda stood in the kitchen as she watched the man who is enjoying his fried fish. He seemed to eye the two scary people before eying her with friendliness. Mire also returned the smile as her eyes met the blue eyes of the the handsome stranger. She twirled her hair around her finger as she waited for anything to happen.
After a few minutes of a wait, she heard a shout from the male that sat in a booth with a small girl. (Sh!t, what do they want now?) she thought as she slapped the towel, that she was messing with, down on the counter top. She rushed over the demons as she heard their complaint. "Sir and madam, you both have your stupid food and drink 'in front of you'. Do...you see it sitting there? So, don't complain that your food is missing!" she shouted angrily before glaring at the two demons with hatred in her gray-blue eyes.
"Also, don't complain to my manager that your ice cream is already melted. That is also is not my doing, sir." she said as she held back her anger. She then felt kind hands squeeze her shoulder and gawked a bit. She turned around to see her handsome stranger staring at her, face to face. She then heard "I think you said enough." and nodded in reply. Her lips moved silently as she tried to talk to him.
She then saw him eye the two other with a threat before telling her that they should head outside. She nodded before leading Darrius out to the warm afternoon air. She turned to the diner again before shrugging as she walk side by side with Darrius.

"Mmm, that one slipped my mind for a moment there," Yin purred and cocked a flirtatious brow at him. "Cancun is such a beautiful place...but not too interesting with the wrong company." She sighed and danced her fingers delicately along the wooden table. "I have to say--good company that night."
That wine was sounding good right now. Her throat was parched! Yin licked her lips at the inappropriate thought that there were...alternatives...to quench the thirst. Her dark eyes did a once-over at Belial to reinforce her line of thought. He could be as arrogant as he wanted. It was sort of attractive, but at the same time a put-off. Yin could handle it. She had known Belial long enough to be used to his narcissism. He was worth it with the kind of things he'd be willing to try in bed.
Oooh, and he was up for a little fun. That was delicious. Yin flashed him a smile and twirled a lock of her black hair, "I think I may have to take up that tempting offer. This place is boring and those lovebirds make me want to be sick."
She was getting sick of the phoenix and human. The phoenix apparently thought the two of them were out to get the poor, lil human and the blond was just a dumbass. Yin twitched when she had the nerve to come and yell at them. She was a waitress. It was her job to serve customers and make them happy rather than bitch to them. Yin was going to have a talk with her manager and have her fired. That was as spiteful as she was going to be tonight. The woman wasn't even worth her time. Yin wasn't sure why she'd even wasted the breath.
"Bitch." She grumbled and rolled her eyes.
Then it got even more hilarious when the phoenix decided to give them a death threat through ~eye contact~. Ha! Yin snorted with laughter and looked away as her lips spread into a wide grin. She wasn't scared of him. He was pathetic, and even a weak demon such as herself could rip him to pieces. Belial definitely could. She watched them go and flipped the middle finger as they did. Yin was shameless.
"Well...now that those two brainless monkies are out of the way...I say we speak to the manager, get the little blond bitch fired, and then go find a room. What's your thoughts on that, hm?"
MUSIC: Europa - Globus TAG: Belial, Miranda, Darrius NOTES:Oh, they'd totally follow because they just give such a damn about two strangers. I'd also love to know how 2 glasses of wine and a banana split constitute as a "feast" ...I am baffled.
